Other Akkhor Software services which includes domain name registration, email hosting, dedicated servers, ftp hosting, dynamic web development, search engine submission and web site promotion do NOT entitled the 30 Days money back guarantee.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services. Also not included are Domain Parking services, Domain Registration and Reseller programs. In order to cancel service, you must contact Akkhor Software via Email. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Akkhor Software ltd for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.
